Every ZEPH ships with an adjustable strap or bracelet, the sizing tool, and step-by-step instructions in the box.

You add or remove links yourself in a couple of minutes, with no jeweller and no extra cost.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free worldwide by DHL Express, with no minimum order.

United States, Europe, United Kingdom and Canada: 5 to 10 business days.

Asia, Australia and the United Arab Emirates: 7 to 14 business days.

Customs and import duties, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.

What is covered, and can I return it?

Two-year warranty. Every watch is covered against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. If something fails in that window, we repair or replace it at no cost.

Returns. You can return an unused watch, in its original packaging, within 14 calendar days of delivery. No reason required.
