3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping to a particular location is not possible due to restrictions or logistical issues.

If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages
