Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 100 business days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturer defect

  • The product was damaged during shipping

⚠️ We do not accept returns for products that show signs of misuse or customer-inflicted damage.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories (if applicable).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
