1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, regardless of the customer’s location.
You are not required to provide a reason for the return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must include the original packaging and all accessories (if applicable)

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
